I love cookbooks, and I honestly recommend all of these choices. As a general rule, you can never have too many of these. Not to mention the fact that they make great gifts, especially to those family members who aren't quite vegan yet 😉
I really like that fact that they're all a bit different as well. They all take a slightly different approach on the vegan diet, and I think most people will find them all very useful.
I remember when I first made the transition to an all plant based diet, I was definitely lost as to what my options were. Now with these resources, I think many people can confidently say they won't be going hungry on a vegan diet!
