One thing I love about this book is that it's laid out so well.

I'm personally not a master chef, and I often need to read many recipes step by step, in order to make sure I'm following along properly. This cookbook makes following along very easy.

All the recipes require basic cooking tools and basic ingredients you can find at your local grocery store.

This is definitely recommended to those who have struggled with the idea of going vegan, but it's pack with so many great recipes that even a longtime vegan will find it useful.

In a world where all you hear is that it's so expensive to eat healthy, this book proves otherwise.

There's a movie called Forks Over Knives and many people have watched it on Netflix, and then decided to buy this cookbook.

Forks Over Knives makes preparing healthy meals very easy, and it comes with tons of recipes.

There are plenty of pictures, but not for every recipe or food preparation step.

There are healthy recipes for every type of meal, and they're easy to prepare.

If you're not a fan of bad language, you might want to avoid this book.

As the title suggests, there is a bit of cursing found throughout the recipes. If that offends you, then move on to the other choices.

But if you can get past the cursing, then you'll find an awesome resource for some incredibly tasty vegan meals.

If you have a bit of cooking skills, you'll find a ton of unique recipes to try out. If you're a pure beginner, you might find that some of the meals are quite challenging to make, and require some prep time.

I love cookbooks, and I honestly recommend all of these choices. As a general rule, you can never have too many of these. Not to mention the fact that they make great gifts, especially to those family members who aren't quite vegan yet 😉

I really like that fact that they're all a bit different as well. They all take a slightly different approach on the vegan diet, and I think most people will find them all very useful.

I remember when I first made the transition to an all plant based diet, I was definitely lost as to what my options were. Now with these resources, I think many people can confidently say they won't be going hungry on a vegan diet!
